About Martin
A seasoned finance and corporate development professional, Martin has extensive experience across Africa and the Asia-Pacific region. He has led mergers and acquisitions in both listed and unlisted environments, advising private equity funds and corporates across sectors including insurance, ICT, healthcare, retail, mining and financial services.
His career includes senior corporate finance, M&A and strategic investment roles across South Africa and Australia. His expertise spans deal origination, financial structuring, strategic planning and post-merger integration, as well as portfolio management, budgeting, business analysis and operational oversight.
A JSE-accredited valuation expert, Martin has advised clients across the full corporate finance value chain and has served as a shareholder representative and investment committee chair for companies with combined revenue exceeding R4.5 billion. He is also a former Vice President of SAICA’s Young Chartered Accountants Network.
